About H.I.T.T. Circuit Strength training, Personal Training and Performance Training coach Story Hello and welcome! Im Kareem Goodwin, owner and founder of KG Fitness. I am proud to say that fitness is my passion.Ive been in this industry for 12 plus yrs, i am a certified fitness and nutrition specialist along with performance enhancement specialist. Ive Studied at Murray state university, NASM and NCSF.Growning up ive played many sports, specialized in football and basketball, went on to play in college and also proffesional in arena football.Ive been through two knee surgeries , ACL & Meniscus. With my studies of physical therapy ive been able to increase my strength and stability and speed up my recovery time. Ive also been able to show people the proper way of weight training and also putting the right nutrients in the body to build and maintain the body's physique Mission Pure Fit United is a fitness organization targeting all ages. We encourage people to eat right and stay active whether its in sports or lifting weights. We want people to set goals on staying healthy and give them the right tips on staying fit in everyday life. Established in 2010 by Kareem Goodwin, devoting time to create fitness moves to support each and every part of the body. We teach Balance ,train muscles and create power.
