About "Building Your Future On Our Past" Selling Real Estate in Northeast Kansas. Servicing Jackson County Kansas and surrounding companies Story Kellerman Real Estate was established in 1963 by Dale Kellerman. The business is located in the historical landmark building located at the southeast corner of the town square in Holton, KS. Cindy Hower, Dale's daughter started with the company in 1985 and was joined by her husband Roger Hower in 1998. Today there are seven licensed agents that dedicate their lives to selling real estate. Interestingly enough, Roger's great grandfather sold real estate out of the same building in the 1930's.
