About The Duling-Kurtz House is known for some of the finest dining in Chester County. We have 8 dining rooms with fire places offering a romantic dining experience. Our banquet room, the Verdanda, accommodates up to 55 guests for weddings & rehearsal dinners. Story Built in 1830, the Duling-Kurtz House Restaurant and Country Inn continues a tradition of history and charm in Chester County Pennsylvania. Enjoy gracious dining in our restaurant with eight private dining rooms decorated with early American antiques and colors. Our American and European menu changes seasonally, so there is always something new to taste at our restaurant. A few of our most delicious starters are fresh oysters, crab cakes, mussels, and lollipop lamb chops and creative entrees such as Herbed Crusted Scallops and Shrimp, Filet au Poivre and Veal Medallions and Crab.
