About A 400 acre park and campground with a 100 acre lake located just outside of Rockville, IN. Story Rockville Lake Park is a 400 acre county park located in rural Parke County, Indiana. The 400 acres consists of a 100 acre lake for fishing and swimming, campsites from primitive to full hook-up, 2 primitive cabins and an 18 hole disc golf course. The park is open for business from late March thru October. Many events are put on during our months of operation to include: Easter Egg Hunt, 4th of July Fireworks, Haunted Trail, Bass and Catfish Tournaments. Our gatehouse offers the basic necessities including bait for the our fisherman. We carry night crawlers, red worms, bee moth, minnows, crickets and cut bait. We look forward to seeing you soon.
