In the past year, Aveda Institute students have won both. A team of Aveda Institute students won first place in the Edwin Neill Full Potential Awards competition held in August. The students submitted before and after photos of hairstyles (winning look pictured) along with essays on the method for their creations. Aveda Institute students also won 35 of the 100 Beacon Awards awarded in 2007. High profile stylists to the stars, fashion week stylists, Aveda salon owners–– these are the careers that Aveda Institute students’ dreams are made of. At Aveda Institute DC you can graduate in less than a year. Graduates have high income-potential and unrivaled job placement rates. “Even before I graduated from Aveda Institute, I was offered a job, simply because of my in-depth training and experience. A current list of Advisory Board members is available upon request. The Advisory Board meets as needed, but no less than annually.
