Story The Beef Roadhouse Chili tastes exactly like it does in the diners of Texas, there are hints of Memphis in the smoked BBQ ribs, and of course, the menu features Wisconsin favorites like chicken wings, Wisconsin craft beers, Booyah Stew and custom burgers. While the food is designed for triggering memories, the space is designed for sharing them. Communal tables and a horseshoe-shaped bar make every seat a perfect spot for starting conversations, either with an old friend, or the new friend one seat over. Harley-Davidson Museum admission is not required to dine at MOTOR.
