About Milford Public Library is a friendly, small town public library. Story Milford Public Library serves residents and property holders of Van Buren Township and Eastern Jefferson Township. Those ages six and up can apply to have a library card. Proof of residence and state identification is needed to obtain a library card. Mission The Milford Public Library is a community institution that attempts to meet the informational, cultural, recreational and educational needs of all the community’s residents regardless of age or formal schooling. Products Books, audiobooks, DVDs, CDs, magazines, newspapers, and book buddies are available for checkout. We also offer the following services: making copies, sending faxes, and laminating for a fee, free access to public use computers, and quiet spaces to read, work, or relax.
