The Department's Special Services Section, part of the Patrol Division, include a K-9 Unit, a Directed Enforcement Unit, a Narcotics & Gang Unit, and a Traffic & Parking Enforcement Unit. Recognized in national publications, the Department's Police Sub-Station, located at the Wyoming Valley Mall, the largest enclosed shopping facility in Northeastern PA, as well as the Sub-Station located at Wegman's Food Market on Highland Park Blvd., remain at the forefront of Community Policing. The Department also assists with traffic control at the Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza on Highland Park Blvd. during Arena events and provides traffic control for the On & Off Ramps to I-81. Fees for reports are as follows: Vehicle crash reports - available at http://www.crashdocs.org/pa-wilkesbarretwp for $15.00 Complaint Reports - $5.00 Incident Reports* - $25.00 Non-Reportable Crash Reports - $5.00 (Copy of Information Exchange) Non-Reportable Crash Reports - $15.00 (Forms AA45 & AA500) Reportable Crash Reports - $15.00 Departmental Records Check - $10.00 Fingerprint Requests - $20.00 (Employment, Citizenship, etc.) We do not process requests for reports or payment of parking tickets or traffic citations via the internet. Parking tickets can be paid at Police Headquarters 24 hours a day. If a receipt is required payment must be made Monday - Friday, 9am to 3:30pm (excluding normal holidays).
