About Hitch Fit is Overland Park's #1 Place for body transformations & One on One Personal Training. Private fitness studio with a positive, encouraging and accepting environment. Nutrition included. Story Hitch Fit Gym is Overland Park's #1 Gym of Transformations & One On One Personal Training. This location was opened in 2014 and is the second Hitch Fit Gym location in the Kansas City area. Hitch Fit was founded in 2009, the original spot is in midtown KC. Hitch Fit has a mission to make Kansas City a more fit and healthy place, one person at a time. Hitch Fit Gym Overland Park is a private fitness studio. We have a team of caring, and passionate trainers whose main objective is to help their clients transform. We offer 30 and 60 minute sessions. We work with most clients for 12 - 16 weeks, but then offer Stay Fit plans for those who would like to continue on with us. Hitch Fit Overland Park is a positive, high energy, accepting gym.
