About Personal and Small Group Training. Indoor and outdoor classes at two locations! Spin, Barre, TRX, Boot Camp, Pilates, and more! Story Originally opened in 2010, Energia Fitness has grown dramatically in the past two years, and has now changed its name to 50/50 Fitness/Nutrition. Today, we offer over 60 group fitness classes, small group training, and personal training. Cardiovascular health, strength training, improving flexibility and mobility, enhanced nutrition, accountability, and long-term education are the fundamental principles which make up each of our classes, trainings, and programs. We believe that the relationship with each of our clients should extend far beyond the scope of the session or class to include support in all aspects of a person’s life. Whether a person is training with us individually or taking a group fitness class, we work with our clients to create achievable and clearly defined goals.
