About The Y is a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Story The Spring Valley YMCA, serving Limerick, Collegeville, Oaks, Royersford, Spring City and the surrounding communities, offers a wide range of programs for children and teens including swim lessons, sports, fitness, karate and day camps. For adults and seniors, the Y has personal training, a variety of group exercise classes, water aerobics and free babysitting services. Not only is the Spring Valley Y the place for you to stay active and healthy, but is a safe, fun environment to make new friends and volunteer to help others. There are many programs and services offered at the Y each day to help all our community members learn, grow and thrive in their own unique way. The Spring Valley YMCA is a branch of the Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA with a focus on Youth Development, Healthy Living and Social Responsibility.
