About Welcome to SBG, Best of Gwinnett's "Best Gym and Health Club " for 2016 and 2017, and the home of 2017's Trainer of the Year, Phillipe Gentry. Adult programs offered at SBG include Cardio Kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Muay Thai, Fitness Performance, Kid's Martial Arts, and Barbell Club. The coaches at Straight Blast Gym are equipped and trained to work with people of all different sizes, shapes, skill levels, and desires. While our membership consists of all different kinds of people with all different kinds of goals and desires, they all share one common trait; they all want to be better! For some that means fitting into an old pair of pants that they haven't been able to squeeze into for years. For others it is having their hand raised after a martial arts or fitness competition. But SBG isn't just for adults! Boasting Buford's largest and most successful kid's martial arts program, Straight Blast Gym's Growing Gorillas program has an incredible 96% monthly retention rate from our kids!
