About Locally owned Southwestern Kitchen in the Hill Country Galleria. Story Chisos Grill is a concept based on the cuisine of my family's travels through Southwestern Texas and Northeastern New Mexico. The offerings range from Black Angus Steaks, Fresh Gulf Seafood, Central Texas Quail, along with some traditional favorites such as burgers, salads, and pasta.
