(the "firm") was founded in 2000. Its principal attorneys are Maribel LaFontaine and Heather L. Sunderman. The firm practice areas are limited to U.S. Immigration Law and Family Law. Our diverse client base reside in MD, DC and VA as well as many U.S. states and foreign countries. The family law practice is limited to Maryland and DC jurisdictions. With the firm located in Rockville, Maryland, our firm is centrally located in the Washington, DC Metro Area. We serve individuals, families and businesses. Our firm's mission is to obtain the most favorable legal result for each of our clients using a highly trained staff, up-to-the-minute resource materials and state-of-the-art computerized case preparation and case management tools. We seek to maintain a professional work-product and provide cost-effective services to our clients. The firm hires only the most qualified staff and devotes a substantial amount of resources to staff training. Our firm also seeks to provide a bilingual staff in order to accommodate our multinational clients. Many of our staff are currently fluent in both English and Spanish.
