We have strength machines, free weights and powerlifting equipment. Our cardio section has treadmills, ellipticals, bikes and a stair stepper, a heavy bag for boxing. We also have stuff for outdoor use. Tires for flipping, sledge hammers, atlas stones and a sled to do weighted sled pulls. We also offer a variety of supplements that are always in stock. Ironworks has been providing the people of Show Low and the surrounding area a serious gym facility with the best membership rates on the mountain. Our rates are: Day Passes- $5 Week Passes- $15 Monthly- $29 3 months for -$77 Couples Month- $48 We also have a special rate for all police, fire, and military.
