Mission We select partner famillies based on need, ability to pay, and willingness to partner. Interested families should contact HoCo Habitat to obtain a pre-application. Based on information gathered on the pre-application, the potential partner family will then be invited to fill out a full application. Once we select a partner family, we require them to complete 500 hours of "sweat equity" on others homes as well as their own home. We utilize volunteer labor at our worksites in order to keep the cost of home construction low. We sell the houses to selected partner families with a no-interest loan. *Equal Housing Opportunity*
