About Mary's Pizza Shack in Downtown Redding! Story Mary’s Pizza Shack, the family-owned 19-unit Italian restaurant company, opened a second location in Downtown Shasta on August 15. Mary’s Pizza Shack will offer the same menu of pastas, pizzas and entrees that have made it a destination for business lunches and family dinners in its other 18 Northern California locations. All of the dishes are based on founder Mary Fazio’s original recipes, continuing her traditions, commitment to quality and passion for guest service.
