About Here at the South Bend Electrical JATC, we are training the next generation of Electricians. We offer an earn while you learn experience. Story The SBJATC has 3 different programs within the apprenticeship, as well as earning your Associates Degree from Ivy Tech State College. We offer a full time job opportunity, while continuing your education in the class room 2 nights a week. This is an Earn While you Learn program, there is no cost for your education. Applications are taken M-F 8am-11am as well as the 2nd Monday of Every Month from 3pm-6pm. there is a $20 application fee and we would need a copy of your birth certificate and an official High School transcript.
