About Russell's Steakhouse is not your usual steakhouse. We take pride in serving a full meal with the best possible ingredients. Come in and see for yourself. Story Welcome to Russell's! We have been in operation for over 25 years and a significant portion of our staff has been with us for over 10 years. We have developed relationships with a lot of our customers and they always love coming back year after year. We have a nice and relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, and enjoy accommodating the whole family. Many locals swing by for a quick drink and appetizer after they have made their way down Bridge Street from skiing. Why is Russell's one of the best steak and seafood restaurants in Vail? Some may say it is our famous Alaskan King Crab legs. These legs are the biggest you have ever seen and the juiciest you have ever tasted. If you don't believe us, ask some of the members of the board of directors for Red Lobster. If King Crab is not your thing, our steaks will fill you up. All of our steaks are certified angus beef and we dry age them ourselves. We have an outstanding wine list with wines from all corners of the world to complement any dish. If you are looking for something lighter or something for a late apres ski, our appetizers, sides, and salads are to die for.
