In the event we are unable to contact the winner, SouthPoint Financial Credit Union may randomly select an alternate winner 2-business days after the drawing date. If there are multiple winners, 1 winner from them will be randomly drawn. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless SouthPoint Financial Credit Union, its directors, officers, employees and affiliates against any and all claims or cause of action, arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
