About FCTA is a public transportation agency which proudly serves the citizens of Fulton, Hickman, Graves and Carlisle counties. Story FCTA DEMAND RESPONSE RATES BY COUNTY: Note: Clients must have payment upon boarding any FCTA vehicle. Fulton County: Fulton to Fulton: $2.00 per trip/per person Hickman to Hickman: $2.00 per trip/per person Fulton to Hickman: $5.00 per trip/per person Hickman to Fulton: $5.00 per trip/per person School rates in Fulton County only: $1.00 per student per trip (This is only to and from school.) Carlisle, Graves & Hickman Counties: City to City: $3.00 per trip/per person City to County: $8.00 per trip/per person County to City: $8.00 per trip/per person Children in all Counties we serve: 0-3 years of age: Free 4-5 years of age: ½ price Children age 6 and above: Full price These rates are for children riding along with an adult, and do not apply to the school rate of $1.00 per student/per trip. FCTA will provide car seats/booster seats, at the client’s request. All children must have an approved car seat/booster seat before riding. Medical or Private Pay: *Please contact FCTA for details on Medical/Private Pay Pricing* Ride – Along: $15.00 per trip/person Private Pay Trips: $1.75 per mile/per trip Trips outside Region One: $400.00 JU Kevil Rate: $3.00 per trip-Route Only.
