About Reflections Yoga Center provides an integrated interdisciplinary approach to this wonderful ancient healing art by offering a variety of classes, workshops, bodywork and a unique boutique fully stocked with props, organic products, and apparel. Story Reflections Yoga Center offers over 60 classes a week accomodating beginners, intermediate students and seasoned practicioners as well in hatha, vinyasa, gentle yoga, prenatal, therapeutic yoga and in meditation. Our teachers are all highly qualified 200- or 500-hour Yoga Alliance registered instructors with many years of experience and practice. Reflections Yoga Center is a registered school of Yoga Alliance providing high standard education for 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification Program and also for Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training.
