About Ruby K’s Bagel . . . bagel’s so yummy, you’ll have to eat the hole thing! Story Founded in 2005, Ruby K’s became a reality when in was recognized that Los Alamos was in need of serving for the ‘bagel-hungry’. We needed to ignite a spark in Los Alamos by providing a café with super-yummy food, a clever menu and a fun, ‘no-attitude’ atmosphere with top-notch customer service.
