Story Max Kane Health & Fitness the home of CrossFit Max Kane and Max Kane Barbell is a Ranger Veteran owned business established in 2011 as the first CrossFit facility offering Strength and Conditioning programs in the South Hall city Flowery Branch, GA. CrossFit Max Kane has been providing quality coaching to a diverse group of athletes and mentor-ship to young coaches around the South Eastern United States since the inception in Jan 2011 on a remote base in Afghanistan. CrossFit Max Kane offers general physical preparedness (GPP), Olympic Lifting, and Endurance training for athletes of all ages and fitness levels. CrossFit Max Kane also provides a CrossFit competition circuit known as the North Georgia Affiliate League which allows CrossFit Athletes to come together in team competitions to represent their home box in organized competition hosted in our 6400sq/ft Facility.
