About Gravette Fire Department Story This is the official page of the Gravette Fire Department in Northwest Arkansas. We are a combination department consisting of 7 full time staff and several part time and volunteer firefighters. Along with fire protection and rescue, we provide emergency medical care via 2 ALS ambulances and 1 BLS ambulance for approximately 166 square miles of Northwest Benton County. Other services we provide are: HAZMAT protection, fire prevention programs, public education, inspections and investigations. We have automatic and mutual aid agreements with all of our neighboring cities which allows us to provide even more protection not only to the citizens of Gravette, but to our neighbors as well.
