About Water & WIne Story Water and Wine; it’s all in the name. We are located on the picturesque Watchung lake and our window filled dining rooms offer a romantic view of the waterscape. Although it looks quaint from the outside, the inside is quite spacious and stylish: we offer two dining rooms, a bar and a lounge area centered around a cozy fireplace. Our main dining room can be converted into a private room for any special occasion. To accompany the view, our restaurant offers one of the most extensive wine lists around. Co-owner, Chris Tocci, hand picks all the wines, focusing on Boutique wineries,while aging and releasing them in our wine cellar. In addition to the view and the wine, our lake-side restaurant is known for our exquisite food. Co-owner and head chef, John Tocci, crafts a phenomenal menu that seamlessly blends New American cuisine with Mediterranean undertones. We feature the freshest seafood and various imported delicacies, as well as seasonal delights. All in all, Water and Wine is a harmonious fusion of a serene atmosphere, fantastic food and exquisite wine, that’s sure to entice and satisfy all of your senses.
