About Discovery Space is a hands-on children's science center in State College, PA. Story The museum has 5,000 square feet of interactive exhibits on aviation, meteorology, paleontology, geology, and more! Best suited for children 6 months to 14 years old. Field trips, birthday parties and events occur regularly. Book yours today! During the school year, there are weekly programs for preschoolers and babies. These are free with paid admission, and completely free to members. Summers are filled with week long day camps for children ages 3-15 years. Members receive a discount on camps.
