About ISAAC is a free public charter middle school option for students in Southeastern Connecticut. Inspiring excellence through the arts and project-based learning in a collaborative, multicultural community. Story Public Education ISAAC is a free, public charter middle school (sixth, seventh and eighth grades), open to students from any location in Connecticut. We currently serve students from over 13 surrounding towns of New London, CT. We offer an Integrated Curriculum of Arts and Sciences. Our well-rounded program of study sets the stage for serious academic pursuit, creativity and caring attitudes. A Sense of Place ISAAC is located in the historic waterfront district of New London, within a state-of-the-art facility, providing world-class education through arts and technology. Citizenship ISAAC is home to a diverse and intimate community, devoted to inspiring lives of good character and leadership.
