About The Ashland Y is committed to nurturing the potential of kids, promoting healthy living and fostering a sense of social responsibility. Story Your membership includes use of the fitness center, wellness studio and aquatic center, participation in fitness and water fitness classes, use of the basketball and volleyball courts during scheduled hours, use of sauna, shower and locker rooms, reduced program fees and mailings of the YMCA program guide and newsletter. Your membership also gives you access to Ys outside the Rogue Valley for little or no cost. Just present your current membership card. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult or enrolled in a supervised YMCA program. Non-swimming children must be accompanied by an adult member while in the pool.
