About A growing Brewing Co. creating balanced & inspired craft beers, served up with local cuisine and mixed with weekly live string music and beer happenings. Story The Brew Pub opens daily at 4:00 and serves food until 9:00 on Sundays, 10:00 Monday thru Thursday and until 11:00 Friday and Saturday. The bar is open to serve brews an hour later than the kitchen closes each night. Wing Night every Monday and Meet The Brewer every Tuesday (6:00 - 8:00) We do not take reservations.
