About Turkey Hill is an 18-hole disc golf course located in Southern Maryland (La Plata) - 30 minutes south of Washington D.C. Scheduled to open Spring 2014 Story Turkey Hill Disc Golf Course is a challenging, yet fair course which offers an awesome combination of open and wooded fairways - taking full advantage of the park's natural topography. Several distinctive holes feature over-water tee drives and tight tunnel shots. The Turkey Hill was designed and developed through a partnership between the Charles County Parks Department and the Southern Maryland Disc Golf Club.
