About It's a [paella] rice to riches story. Well, almost. Story Barrio is an outcropping of Chef/Owner Steven Draheim's successful food cart which put its mark on Bend from 2010 - 2012. After two years of flooding the city with good soup, Draheim graduated to his first brick and mortar, Barrio.
