Our team uses a combination of Microsoft Project and Procore to smoothly manage all projects. General construction includes contracting the construction of an entire project, rather than just a portion of the work. The general contractor hires subcontractors, coordinates all work, and is responsible for payment to subcontractors. Design-build streamlines project delivery through a single contract between the owner and the design-build team.
