About Wholesome, handmade, all-natural food products from local ingredients. Story ALL NATURAL SAUSAGE These sausages use only pastured, ABF meat from New York Catskill Food Company produces a variety of all-natural sausage. In the spring of 2013, we will bring to market a line of delicious sausages made from all-natural, locally raised livestock. Our recipes have been developed over the past two years and represent and alternative to run of the mill, mass produced products currently found on the market. Produced under USDA inspection, these products are available for foodservice operations, retail markets, and distributors. In addition to sausage, we will also be offering premium steaks and chops, bacon, and eventually other regional delicacies.
