Attorney Simmons received his law degree from Louisiana State University in 1983. After serving as an assistant district attorney and practicing law for 10 years, he decided to enter private practice. Mr. Simmons is joined by associate attorneys Eric Galuszka and R. Lucky Sayasith. All of our attorneys are general practitioners, skilled in most areas of the law, and handle real estate transactions and debt collection. Each attorney also focuses in specific practice areas. Mr. Simmons practices primarily in the areas of criminal law, DWI / DUI, Traffic, and personal injury. Mr. Galuszka works mainly in real estate, and landlord / tenant issues. Ms. Sayasith practices in Family Law and wills.
