About We are a family owned and operated small bed & breakfast right in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor. We serve locally made food, produce and coffee. Story The Burnt Toast Inn is an historic bed & breakfast started in 2004 by Sarah Okuyama The Burnt Toast Inn has two locations, the original Burnt Toast at 415 West William Street, and the wonderful Burnt Toast at Washington at 516 West Washington Street. We offer a total of 7 rooms which can accomodate up to 20 guests at a time. Guests can reserve individual rooms or do whole house reservations, as available. Whole house bookings are a fantastic way to celebrate graduation, football games or family reunions! The houses are located in an historic area called the Old West Side, walking distance to downtown, campus, the stadium and so much more!
