About We're a southern-style restaurant located in Clinton, South Carolina. We offer an all you can eat buffet as well as catering and event venues. Story Trotter's Restaurant is a family-owned and run business. First opened on Highway 56 near I-26, then moved to central Clinton/Laurens on Highway 72, our friendly main staff has stayed the same since the beginning. We're known as the Upstate's best home-cooked fried chicken. Our dressing, gravy, and cobbler are some others that folks have traveled miles to eat. We'd like to thank our local community for supporting us throughout +10 years so that we can continue serving y'all our best Southern meal.
