About Cosmetic and General Dentistry Story Dr. Kimberly Harper graduated from Xavier University of Louisiana in 1999 with a B.S. in Biology. She continued her education at the University of Iowa, College of Dentistry. In June 2003, Dr. Harper received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery and began practicing general dentistry in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Dr. Harper provides cosmetic and restorative dentistry for the entire family in her private practice in Irving. Along with providing dental services, Dr. Harper is also committed to community service. She has participated in dental missions in Mavis Bank, Jamaica and Nigeria. She has organized and facilitated several oral health fairs, and she volunteers at a free dental clinic in Dallas.
