About NECC is a neighborhood fun and fitness center for all ages. Mission The NECC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the health and life in our community. We provide a safe, clean environment where Portland residents of all ages and backgrounds participate in recreational, educational, and physical activities in a climate of mutual respect and friendship. The NECC serves a diverse and involved membership whose needs are met through programs and opportunities that strengthen our community.
