Mission -To assist individuals recovering from mental health illnesses become independent, taxpaying citizens -To provide the restaurant community with a pool of reliable employees who have had quality training and firsthand experience working in a real restaurant setting -To provide trainees with the tools they need to recognize their inherent talents and skills -To reduce and ultimately eliminate the stigma surrounding mental illnesses by shifting the focus from disabilities to abilities
