About The Pelham Civic Complex offers Public skate times, lessons, and a banquet hall that can be reserved. Story The Pelham Ice Arena’s two National Hockey League-sized rinks host more than 27,000 ice skaters each year – from beginners to seasoned professionals. We’re home to The Birmingham Figure Skating Club and the Pelham Youth Hockey League, and offer dedicated ice-time for the recreational ice skater, figure skater or hockey player. If you’re looking for meeting rooms, conference space, or a venue to host your wedding reception, The banquet hall is the perfect space for you. Our professional staff can help plan your event and will be on hand to assist you in any way. Our 7,000 square foot banquet hall offers flexible space that can be configured as one large room or as four private rooms, and our spacious lobby provides an ideal registration, hospitality or reception space.
