About With so much on the line you can't AFFORD to compromise Story Meester Insurance Centre was established in 1980 in the town of Smithville, “The Heart of the Niagara Peninsula". Specializing in farm insurance programs, the company experienced a growth of clients over a wide area of Ontario. With that growth and the acquisition of two other local insurance brokerages, the company was prompted to expand its offices and staff several times over the years. On July 1, 2000 the brokerage amalgamated with P.V.& V. Insurance Centre Ltd. and now operates under the name of Meester Insurance Centre.
