About Eagle's Bluff Golf Course Story A totally new golfing experience within the fimiliar settings of the charming classic 18-hole course, Eagle’s Bluff is proud to announce the opening of the back-nine holes including a complete redesign of the front-nine too. Highlights of the project feature new tee boxes, fairways, greens and sand bunkers. The course also features 6 new lakes with a new irrigation system using recycled water and a new maintenance facility. In the future 900 new trees are to be added throughout the golf course along with 200 signature red rose bushes to enhance the beauty of the golf course entrance and the wedding aisle walkway. The centerpiece of the golf course is the Bluff Restaurant. With three large dining and banquet areas, the Bluff Restaurant can comfortably seat 300 people. Big-screen sports television or flexible media center, we have the room for your next function. Our scenic terraces and water fountain patio and garden provides for relaxed, casual dining.
