About Now Owned and Operated by Chef Joe Kirkwood since 9/2016! Cozy, contemporary eatery featuring upmarket New American plates with some Italian flair BYOB. Story Edgewood Cafe & BYOB is a full-service American restaurant with an Italian flair offering entrees with a variety of meats including chicken, veal, beef, salmon, tuna, and more.
