About Made with love. Story Now you can forget that age-old perception of cafeteria food. We are not big fans of food sitting on a warmer or steam table all day long. Quista Café. Made fresh to order. Our hamburger patties are made daily with fresh ground beef. We don't serve frozen, pre-made patties. Our chicken tenders are all white meat, real chicken! If you haven't already, you must come in to try one of our Greek specialties. Gyro, Chicken Souvlaki, Greek Salad, and now, by popular demand, Sanakopita on the menu every day! We make our own tzatziki, Greek dressing, potato salad & of course, marinate the chicken souvlaki with our very own special blend of spices.
