About Where YOU Fit! Story ProCare Fitness is a fully integrated fitness center, with a unique model of wellness services all on site in our 8,600 square foot facility. ProCare features strength and cardio training equipment by Cybex, Precor, Concept 2, Rogue and TRX. Our team of certified personal trainers offers personal or group training services, equipment orientations, and individual program designs to meet your goals and needs, no matter if you're a beginner or advanced. ProCare offers 40 group exercise classes per week, including all levels and varieties of Zumba, P90X, PiYo, TurboKick, Youth Sports Performance Enhancement, and our premium group fitness class, PC Fit. Our facility also houses physical therapy services, massage therapy services, a child care center, and group exercise studio.
