About Crane's Country Store Since 1926. A 4th generation general store carrying everything from boots, bullets, britches, and bologna. Story Crane's is one of the few remaining real country stores in the United States. Built in 1926, the current building is located on Old 40 in beautiful downtown Williamsburg. Crane's has been a gathering spot for many generations. Started in 1899 in Mineola, Missouri, Crane's has been the go to place for trade in a 60 mile radius. Carrying groceries, guns, hardware, gas, deli, clothing, boots, and feed, Crane's tries to be a one stop shop. Crane's is famous for it's One Meat, One Cheese, Two Dollar sandwiches (all on white bread). They are also famous for their wide selection of Carhartt Clothing, Wolverine Boots, and Filson Outerwear.
