Story Thames Family Dentistry is a general/ family dental practice. We are happy to see any age group for any oral health concern. BIO on Dr. Thames: Dr. Thames is originally from Hattiesburg, MS, I attended Peal River Junior College, and then proceeded to the University of Southern Mississippi, where I graduated in 1981. I am an Eagle fan and try to make it to as many of their football games as I can! Southern Miss, To The Top!! I attended the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry and obtained my dental license in 1985. At that point, I started a practice in Nettleton, MS. In 2005, I decided to expand, and opened the Olive Branch, MS location. In 2012, I branched out to Collierville, TN. Practicing dentistry is my passion, and with the vast changes in the field, I try to stay on the cutting edge with all of the latest in dental equipment, which is reflected in the practice. I attend numerous continuing education classes each year, and go above and beyond the requirements, so that I may be able to provide my patients with the very best, up-to-date dental care. When not at work, I love spending time with my family. I have two grown sons, Jason and Patrick, and a little girl, Dru. My wonderful wife, Stephani, works alongside me in the practice.
