About Lake Travis OMS provides oral and facial surgical services in a modern, yet comfortable facility. Outstanding results, patient comfort and safety are our highest mission. Story We treat a variety of conditions that affect the face and jaws including: impacted wisdom teeth, missing teeth (treated with dental implants) traumatic conditions (broken jaw or facial bones, lacerations), infection, jaw deformities (orthognathic surgery for malocclusion), pathologic conditions (cysts, growths). We also offer a variety of reconstructive services including bone grafting and soft tissue grafting. Most procedures can usually be performed in our office using the latest techniques for IV sedation and outpatient anesthesia. Our staff is warm and caring and will go out of their way to ensure your experience is as comfortable as possible, while still maintaining the utmost safety standards.
