About The Back Porch Bistro is located down town Ellijay on the Square / Circle inside/attached to the North-star Emporium Store. Main Entrance in the back area. Story Back Porch Bistro is the "hidden gem" in downtown Ellijay. Located at the rear of the North Star Emporium, and with an entrance from the rear onto our spacious outside deck. We feature hand made sandwiches, panninis, homemade soups, vegetarian options and gluten free as well. All our sides, soups and desserts are homemade by Tami herself. One taste and you are assured it is homemade not called homemade. We also have pulled pork burritos and bowls, cuban sandwiches and bean and rice burritos and bowls as well.
